Spring Renewal Retreat Day: A day to breathe, move, eat well and feel inspired
Spring is a time of renewal—a fresh start for both nature and ourselves. As the season shifts, it’s the perfect moment to shake off the heaviness of winter and fuel your body with what truly nourishes you.
Kim and I have co-created this retreat day by bundling our joint experience and knowledge to help you ‘recharge’. Kim as a nature coach, myself as teacher in Yoga, Essentrics and Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking. We have been friends and co-creators for over 18 years, now honoured to organise this special day for you at the beautiful Little Dutch Farm.
What to expect?
- Ayurvedic Cooking lunch and mini workshop – Learn how to fuel yourself with simple, seasonal foods that actually make you feel good.
- Yoga & Movement – Gentle, energising practices to wake up your body and mind.
- Nature Coaching – Guided exercises in nature to help you reflect, gain clarity, and reconnect with what matters most.

You’ll discover recipes suitable for everyone and learn how to tailor them to your personal needs. Feel at ease, without aches and tension with Yoga & Essentrics
Do you want to feel as flexible and free as you do after a yoga class more often? In this workshop, I share simple, daily exercises to relieve stiffness and tension in muscles and joints. Think about your back when you get up, your hips after a day of sitting, or your neck from phone use.
We will use smooth, dynamic movements inspired by Yoga, Essentrics, and Tai Chi. These movements offer both comfort and relaxation, as well as strength and flexibility. Moreover, they are crucial for maintaining your body; essential to prevent injuries, muscle calcification, and atrophy.
Join me to discover how you can care for your body daily to experience more ease and freedom in your body.
