“I followed Hanna’s Essentrics lesson since she started as a Essentrics instructor. I love the way she teaches. Her lesson means a lot to me. They make me feel so good. They relax me in one way and afterwards they’ll give me lot’s of energy. The music she applies for her lessons are wonderful. She knows exactly what kind of music to use for the exercises. After the lesson, there’s always a cooling down session. As she’s also a yoga teacher she knows exactly how to help you relax”. Nicolette
What is Essentrics?
Inspired by dance, Tai Chi and Pilates the Essentrics technique was developed more than 20 years ago in Canada. Essentrics has proven to be highly suitable for any age and at any stage of life. Both professional athletes, young and senior persons practice Essentrics worldwide. It has also proven to effectively support injury rehabilitation.
The fluid movements keep the joints and connective tissue supple. The movements are not heavy or difficult, but highly effective in rebalancing the muscles in the entire body, increasing the mobility of the joints and improving posture. Also, the large circular movements help to increase blood circulation, metabolism and energy levels.
