Learn to cook delicious, healthy dishes and fully enjoy the summer season. Ayurvedic recipes and practical tips to stay cool, balanced, and full of energy.
Summer brings warmth, sunlight, and vibrant energy. But the intensity and heat of the season can throw you off balance. Do you ever feel sluggish after a summer meal? Or notice your skin getting irritated more easily? In this workshop, you’ll discover which flavors, herbs, and cooking methods help your body stay cool and vital.
According to Ayurveda, your digestion changes with the seasons, and by adjusting your diet accordingly, you’ll feel lighter, more energized, and more balanced. Using Ayurvedic principles, you’ll learn how to prepare refreshing, light, and nourishing meals that keep you feeling fresh and vibrant throughout the summer.
What to expect:
Insights into Ayurveda & Summer – Understand how the summer season affects your body and which ingredients help maintain balance.
Hands-on seasonal cooking – Together, we’ll prepare a delicious 3-course summer menu featuring various vegetarian/vegan dishes.
Shared dinner – Enjoy the meal we’ve created together.
Recipes to take home – Personalized to your needs, so you can continue cooking with inspiration at home.

Spring Renewal Retreat Day: A day to breathe, move, eat well and feel inspired
Spring is a time of renewal—a fresh start for both nature and ourselves. As the season shifts, it’s the perfect moment to shake off the heaviness of winter and fuel your body with what truly nourishes you.
Kim and I have co-created this retreat day by bundling our joint experience and knowledge to help you ‘recharge’. Kim as a nature coach, myself as teacher in Yoga, Essentrics and Ayurvedic nutrition and cooking. We have been friends and co-creators for over 18 years, now honoured to organise this special day for you at the beautiful Little Dutch Farm.
