Yoga helps to strengthen and balance the body. Energizing and releasing tension in the body, focusing and calming the mind.
Yoga is a great recipe to stop the daily rush and come back to yourself. A busy schedule of work, rushing and sitting can make it difficult to simply sit and meditate, as it leaves our bodies stiff and restless. That is why my classes are designed to release tension, build strength and flexibility and expand your range of motion. After class, you’ll feel more at ease in your body, stronger and energized.
Vinyasa Flow is a moving meditation: a harmony of breath and movement where strength, flexibility, and softness come together. I focus on movements are fluid and can be challenging, but always with the goal of restoring balance within yourself. Cultivating your body’s natural balance between effort and relaxation, strength and softness.
My intention is simple: that you leave class feeling more alive, relaxed and at ease in your own body; calm and fully alive.
